All first time visitors please bring this form with you to the distribution or any one who has not been to a 2014 distribution.

We are excited to be chosen by Ruby Tuesday 's Community give back. If you visit the restaurant in the days selected in January 2014. Also, bring the Ruby Tuesday Fundrasier and we get 20% of your meal cost given back to the ministry. We raised $89.40 at this event. Thank you to all that gave back!! Special Thanks to Janet and Ruby Tuesday's .
